Effective date: October 7, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of superior-energy.com (the “Website”) and your communications with Superior Energy Solutions, Inc. (“Superior Energy Solutions,” “SES,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including phone calls, emails, and text messages. By using the Website, requesting an estimate, or opting in to receive texts, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. About our website and services
Superior Energy Solutions is a licensed electrical contractor serving Lake and Porter County, Indiana, offering services such as whole-home generator installation, panel upgrades, rewiring, EV charger installation, troubleshooting and repair, surge protection, new construction and remodel electrical, and commercial electrical work. Information on the Website is provided for general informational purposes. Service availability varies, and we may decline or reschedule requests based on scope, location, safety, or scheduling.
3. Estimates, quotes, and scheduling
Requesting an estimate through the Website does not create a contract. Pricing, scope of work, and scheduling are confirmed in a separate written quote or service agreement before work begins, and work is performed under the terms of that quote or agreement. We will contact you to discuss your request, and we cannot guarantee a specific response time or appointment date.
4. Text messaging (SMS) program terms
These terms apply to text messages that Superior Energy Solutions sends to and receives from you. By opting in, you agree to them in addition to the rest of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Consent
By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted by text — for example, by submitting our online request form, texting us first, or giving us your number during a call or visit and agreeing to receive texts — you consent to receive text messages from Superior Energy Solutions at that number, which may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You must be at least 18 years old, and the authorized user of the mobile number, to opt in.
Types of messages
The service messages described above are service-related and informational. Marketing and promotional texts are separate and optional (see “Optional marketing text messages” below), and we send them only if you have separately agreed. Texting is two-way: you can reply to our messages, and your replies may be read by our team.
Optional marketing text messages
Separately from the service messages above, our request form includes an optional box you may check to receive marketing and promotional text messages from Superior Energy Solutions, Inc. — such as offers, seasonal maintenance and safety reminders, and news about our services. Checking this box is entirely optional, is not required to request an estimate or receive service, and does not affect your service messages. If you do not check it, we will not send you marketing texts. Message frequency varies; you can expect up to four marketing messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of marketing texts (or of all texts) at any time, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. We send marketing texts through this program only to people who have opted in, and we do not text purchased or third-party contact lists through it. Marketing sent through this program is limited to what is described here; any other marketing we do is conducted separately and does not use this number.
Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies based on your request. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for text messages, but your carrier may.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from us unless you opt in again. Opting out of texts does not stop us from contacting you by phone or email about service you have requested. To start receiving texts again after opting out, contact us and ask to be re-subscribed.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at (219) 308-5436 or sales@superior-energy.com.
Carriers and delivery
Our text messaging program is intended for use with major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.
Changing your phone number
If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please contact us or reply STOP first so that messages are not sent to someone else who may be assigned your old number.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
5. Phone calls and email
If you give us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you by phone and email about your request and our services. Calls may be placed or answered by our team or by technology we use to help manage inquiries. You can ask us at any time to stop calling or emailing you about non-service matters. If you check the optional email marketing box on our request form, you also agree to receive marketing emails from us; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
6. Using our website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the Website or others. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or abusive requests; interfere with or disrupt the Website or its security; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its systems; or use automated tools to scrape the Website or submit forms in bulk. We may restrict or block access to the Website at our discretion.
7. Intellectual property
The Website, including its text, graphics, logos, photographs, and design, is owned by or licensed to Superior Energy Solutions and is protected by intellectual property laws. Generac, Champion, Jobber, Google, and other names and logos mentioned on the Website are trademarks of their respective owners; their use does not imply endorsement beyond any dealer or service relationship we have. You may view and share the Website’s content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, modify, or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. Electrical safety notice
Electrical work can be dangerous and is regulated. Information on the Website is general in nature and is not a substitute for an inspection and evaluation by a licensed electrician. Do not attempt electrical repairs or installations based solely on information on the Website. If you smell burning, see sparks or smoke, or suspect an immediate electrical hazard, move to safety and call 911.
9. Third-party services and links
The Website may link to or embed third-party services, such as our Jobber request form, Google Maps, and social media pages. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or operation.
10. Disclaimers
The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on it is complete or current. Nothing on the Website is a warranty of any work we perform; our work is covered only by the terms of the written quote or agreement for that work and by applicable law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superior Energy Solutions and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Website or text messaging program. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and these limitations do not apply to the terms of any separate written quote or service agreement for work we perform. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Your continued use of the Website or our services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
