Chris Josifovski founded Superior Energy Solutions in 2014 as a licensed electrician working solo out of one truck. Word spread the way it does in a place like Northwest Indiana — not through advertising, but through neighbors telling neighbors the work was done right and the person doing it actually cared.
Today that one truck is a full crew of licensed electricians covering all of Lake and Porter County, backed by manufacturer partnerships with Generac and Champion. The company grew. The standard didn’t change.
Chris still shows up to job sites — not just to check in, but because he'd rather every customer get the same electrician he'd send to his own mother's house. That standard is the whole reason the company exists.
